HAQ Centre for Child Rights and is a leading child rights organisation in India. HAQ provides justice to children through advocacy-based research, direct legal support and counselling and, when needed, long term rehabilitation support. The project seeks to develop a ‘model of good practice’ of managing cases of Child Sexual Abuse in the Indian context. It provides legal and psycho-social support to child survivors of sexual violence, as well as it aims at strengthening law and justice system in Delhi.
